Bray Hollow, LLC and the Bray Hollow Nature Conservancy are making available to A Time for Science and to the Pitt County Environmental Education Center a two bed-room two bathroom house with a combination open dining and living room area and an upstairs great room, both of which are suitable for meetings, classes, retreats, receptions, parties, or other activities for up to 20 to 30 participants.  It provides a beautiful setting for small group activities to “Get Away without Going Away”.  The beautiful grounds are also suitable for picnics, weddings/wedding receptions or other outdoor gatherings and can be serviced from the fully equipped kitchen.  Furnishings suitable for these purposes are being added and there is plenty of parking space immediately available but out of direct sight of the Center.

Located in south-west Pitt County at the confluence of Little Contentnea and Contentnea Creeks, the Center overlooks a 5-acre pond and is surrounded by over 200 acres of conservation lands sporting a variety of natural wildlife habitats.

The A Time for Science Nature and Science Learning Center is located just 25-min from either Greenville or Kinston (Global Trans Park) and 10 Minutes from either Ayden or Grifton.  So your participants can experience their gathering in the heart of nature but close by city life.
